Booking
The minimum rental period is 3 nights / 4 days. The rental price is 150 EUR per night.
A low occupancy discount may be applied when one couple stays using one bedroom and bathroom. The two-guest discount is 25% from the full price.
Reservations made by telephone, email or in person are accepted by Casa Toro on these conditions. Unless advised otherwise, the booking must be for holiday purposes only.
Business use, filming, photo shoots, gatherings or other special uses require prior written consent from Casa Toro and may require a Special Circumstances Form.
Card
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit per rental period is required when the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is due six weeks before the let date, unless agreed otherwise for a late booking or special arrangement.

Currency and Payments
All payments, deposits, charges and refunds are made in euros. Payments can be made by credit or debit card, Visa or MasterCard only.

Bookings Management
Bookings are handled by the owner of the house. The house is let only for the rental period confirmed at the time of booking.

Deposits and Cancellations
Safe
Good Housekeeping Deposit
A 250 EUR Good Housekeeping Deposit is taken for each booking and added to the balance at the time of booking.
Please tell us about breakages or damage so we can repair or replace items before the next guests arrive. Where damage exceeds the deposit, you will be liable for the full repair or replacement cost.
If no damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded through the same payment method within 7 days after check-out.

Cancellation Policy
Casa Toro has a six-week cancellation policy. If outstanding payments are not made within six weeks of the check-in date, the booking may be treated as cancelled and booking fees already paid may be forfeited.

Unforeseen Circumstances
If we have to cancel your booking for an unforeseen reason, a full refund of the let fee paid will be issued, with no further claim against the owners.
If uncontrollable force majeure circumstances prevent either party from fulfilling the rental contract, neither party is responsible for loss and all monies will be returned wherever possible.
Important: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your holiday investment and personal belongings.

Check-In
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Casa Toro operates on a self-check-in basis and access instructions are sent at the time of booking.
Out
Check-Out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition so the house can be prepared between guests.

Occupancy
The house accommodates from a single person up to four adults. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
Home
Services Included
Electricity, heating, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens, bedding, towels, toiletries, duvet and some pellets for the stove are included.
Door
Premises
Your booking includes access to the house and terrace area outside. The top floor room is privately used by the owners.
Access
Disability Access
We are sorry that we cannot offer disability access due to the nature of the site.
Pets
No Pets Policy
No pets are allowed because of the delicate furnishings and fabrics. A 500 EUR fine is payable if pets are brought to the property.
No
No Smoking Policy
No smoking is allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking inside, or cigar or cigarette ends are left outside, a 500 EUR fine is payable.
Vol
Peace and Respect
Please respect neighbours and the local community. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed.
Kids
Children
Children are welcome. Please supervise children at all times inside and outside the property.
List
Use of Property
Please use the property and its contents with care and report any breakages or damage during your stay.

Liability and Responsibilities
Safe
Liability
The owners accept no liability for death, personal injury, loss or damage to guests' personal property while staying at Casa Toro. Use of the property and contents is entirely at the guest's risk.
Bag
Personal Belongings
Baggage and personal belongings are at the hirer's risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents.
Key
Right of Entry
We reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for maintenance, repairs or inspection.
Doc
Contract
The rental contract is between the paying client and the owner of the house and is deemed to be made subject to these booking conditions.
